Uvas Canyon County Park

Last weekend I went for a hike at this beautiful and different park. The hike was suggested by Vinay, and was about 90 minutes drive from where I live, but it was worth it. The weather was good, and the park was much different from the usual bay area trails. Its a good place to take say relatives or kids, because in just a small distance walk, it has many bridges, waterfalls, streams, a wide variation in the terrain. Overall, a good hike (unfortunately, no one had a camera).

Also, I finally got around to taking my bike, which had been sitting around for months, out for a ride. I basically did some grocery shopping. Bike is a good option for such weekend activities. Hopefully, will continue doing so.
